The hotel is just 8 to 10 minutes away frm the Zocalo. It is very clean and the hotel staff are very helpful. It was the only hotel where all staff spoke English. The went out of their way to help me book two excursions. Besides offering free wifi they also have a computer which you can use for free. Breakfast was healthy. Recommended hotel.

It was in the central location close to an artisanal bakery. Besides, we were just next door to Parque Santa Lucia and Paseo Montejo, the Paseo de Montejo areas and downtown and Paseo Montejo;))

You are made to feel very welcome straight away. The staff are very helpful and despite our room being at the top of the hotel, our bags were swept away to our room without us lifting a finger. Its a very relaxed place to spend a few hours each day on the roof terrace, reading and drinking a beer after enjoyng a day in the town or on a trip that the reception staff can help you organise. We would go back there on a return to Mexico.

The whole experience was wonderful. We would return. The shared kitchen was great and we liked the central location to the ruins around Yucatan.
The hotel is downtown, so can have traffic noise. I would recommend a room in the back.

The staff was very helpful, arranging tours, helping with the free wi-fi that wasn't working for me, and calling to check on a tour that didn't pick me up.
It is in the historical center, but a long 6 blocks or more to the plaza.

The place was intimate. Nothing to complain about. I do recommend. Travelled with my family, spent 5 nights here and had a nice stay. the hotel was in the central setting in the historic district. It was also right by restaurants and many bars. Rewritten:. the hotel offers an intimate setting and is located in the central historic district, surrounded by restaurants and bars. I had a pleasant stay here with my family for five nights and would definitely recommend it.
